Returns & Exchanges
 
At Maiori Minori Sandals we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have made our returns and exchanges policy as simple as possible.
 
Our policy
 
We offer exchanges and refunds for change of mind within 30 days of delivery of your purchase. After this time passes, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or refund (unless the product is faulty or wrongly described).
 
In order to receive an exchange or refund, the item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned with its original packaging.
 
We currently only offer exchanges for a different colour or size of the same style. If you would like to exchange for a different style, you will need to return your purchase for refund and place a new order.
 
Refunds will be given for faulty or wrongly described products within a reasonable timeframe after inspection by us. All of your rights under Australian consumer law apply.
 
This policy also applies to all Reduced or Sale items.
 
Please note that gift cards are non-refundable.
 
The process
 
If you would like a refund or exchange on your purchase, please send us a quick email at ciao@maioriminori.com.au with your order number (found on the invoice you received with your purchase), noting whether you would like an exchange or refund. We will send you back a form to fill out in order for your return to be processed.
 
Once you’ve filled out and emailed the form back to us, please send your purchase (in its original packaging) to:

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping. If you paid for shipping as part of your original order, this will be refunded to you if your return is accepted. In the case of an exchange, we will send your new item to you free of charge (standard shipping).
 
When returning your item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item:
 

  • Refunds 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow a few days for the refund payment to be processed.
 
  • Exchanges 
If you are approved, your exchange will be processed within two business days, and sent to you free of charge using standard shipping. If you require express shipping, please let us know on your return form. If your desired colour/size is no longer available, we will let you know and offer you a refund instead.
